Door dampers
ACE door dampers protect elevator doors, other automatic or manual door systems from destructive contacts with long service life and high performance. The one- or two-sided hydraulic shock absorbers are characterized by very good adjustability and maximum energy absorption between 75 and 190 Nm/stroke.
The adjustment, which must be carried out separately for both sides, is achieved by twisting the ribbed bump head of the extended piston rod. In this way ( internally via a toothed adjustment system) the desired damping strength is set. The possible impact speeds of the door can be between 0.1 and 2 m/s, with the dampers reaching up to 10 strokes per minute. Typical for ACE: on request, other characteristics, special lengths or special seals are available for each damper.
