Elektrische lineaire actuators

Electric linear actuators can be ordered via sales@bibus.nl or +31 (0)252-433733.

Linear actuators are electrical devices that convert rotational movements in low-voltage DC motors into linear push/pull movements. An electrical actuator is the perfect solution if you are looking for simple yet accurate movement control. Actuators are used in applications that require tilting, lifting, pulling, or pushing at a force of up to 10,000 N.

BIBUS has 6 types of linear actuators in its range, divided into two groups. The actuator group with integrated control consists of lines the easyE-i35 (with a constant force up to 2,200 N), the easyE-i50 (up to 4,500 N) and the easyE-i60 (up to 10,000 N). The same lines are also available with external control, the easyE-35easyE-50 and easyE-60. The stroke can vary from 50 - 750mm (longer on request).

The Bansbach actuator is powerful, has a beautiful design, and can be installed in a variety of applications. It is an attractive alternative to linear guides that are driven hydraulically or with gas springs. The Bansbach actuator with integrated motor especially stands out for its simple operation and compact design.

Linear actuators with integrated control

The actuator package with integrated control consists of 3 new "in-line" models (easyE 35i, 50i and 60i). The EasyE-i models are all equipped with an integrated control. With the help of the control, these actuators can be controlled individually or fully synchronously via the serial port RS485 connection to, for example, the "plug and play" iConnect-Box by means of Modbus.

An advantage of the new concept is that the actuators have become just as compact as the conventional actuators with hall sensor. With this new series of actuators, the external control is omitted, as it is now integrated.

All EasyE-i models can be supplied with cable lengths from 1-9 meters, an internal stroke limiter, an adjustable overcurrent protection, an internal heat protection and various end connectors, such as eyes, clevises and spherical bearings. You can also choose a version in stainless steel 316, powder-coated black steel or in a RAL color of your choice. The EasyE-i actuators can easily be adjusted with the available software during installation or after maintenance.

Features linear actuators

The same properties apply to both actuator lines, both the actuators with integrated control and the actuators with external control. In the overview below you will find briefly the technical properties of the actuators from BIBUS. More information can be found on the specific product pages of the easyE-35easyE-50, < a href="https://www.bibus.nl/en/products/mechatronics/motion/linear-actuators/easye-60">easyE-60, easyE-i35, easyE-i50 and easyE-i60.

The linear actuators have the following properties:

  • diameter: 35, 50, or 60 mm;
  • protection class: IP66 (standard), harsh environment (according IP68 and IP69)
  • force: up to 10,000 N;

  • temperature range: -20°C tot +70°C;
  • material: powder coated or stainless steel; piston rod is made of aluminium (easyE-35) or stainless steel (easyE-50 and easyE-60); Front and rear connectors for mounting the linear actuators are available in Polyamide (PA), Aluminium (Alu), and stainless steel;
  • maximum static load/self-locking force: easyE-35: PA brackets: 2,000N; Alu/AISI: 5,400N; easyE-50: PA brackets: 4,700N Alu/AISI: 16,800N; easyE-60: Alu/AISI: 18,100N. Depending on the stroke length for outgoing applications;
  • load: max. 10% of 2 minutes in use, followed by 18 minutes rest;
  • cabling: easyE-35: 1m, 2X0.65mm² (AWG19), Ø = 4.8mm, black, Molex Mini-Fit Jr. 6 pin, easyE-50: 1m, 2X1.3mm² (AWG16), Ø=6.4mm, black, Molex Mini-Fit Jr. 6 pin, easyE-60: 1m, 2X1.3mm² (AWG16), Ø=6.4mm, black, Molex Mini-Fit Jr. 6 pin.
  • bending radius cable: 6x the cable diameter;
  • optional Hall sensors available for position data;
  • possible front and rear mounting with slot;

  • also suitable for custom solutions.

Custom actuators with DC motor have:

  • certificate for easyE-35 and easyE-50: UL/CSA 60.601-1, only at 24VDC;
  • noise: adjustment for reduced noise level.

The actuators can be equipped with Hall sensors, making them ideally suited for applications where actuators are required to move synchronously or for positioning commands. Think of applications in agriculture and horticulture, the medical world, or the automotive or maritime industry etc.

Controllers and batteries

Various controllers can be used with these actuators. We have four different solutions for our actuators. To use the actuators on a mobile basis, we offer two additional controllers. View the various controllers.

Stainless steel actuators

BIBIUS actuators are also available in stainless steel variants. These stainless steel actuators are a solution for applications where, for example, salty sea air can affect steel components. It is for this reason that BIBUS stainless steel actuators are regularly used in the maritime sector.

Both the EasyE lines with external control and the EasyE-i with integrated control are available as stainless steel variant. In this way BIBUS can offer a suitable stainless steel actuator for every application. The mounting parts and brackets are also available in the webshop as a stainless steel variant.
