Lifting pins for every application- high quality

Lifting pins are used for fast attachment, adjustment, or locking, making them ideal for easily and quickly unlocking frequently repeated connections. The lifting pin is secured by means of a ball lock. By pressing the knob, the lock is released and the pin can be placed in the desired position. Lifting pins are often also referred to as plug-in pins, securing pins, or retaining pins. 

Advantages of lifting pins

The main advantages of lock pins are:

• They can be dismantled quickly and easily for frequently repeated connections.
• For lock pins, the locking pin can be varied 10 mm in length.
• Unlocking is done by means of push knob operation.
• The ball lock pin is highly suitable for fastening two parts.
• The clamping range is infinitely adjustable with a (lock) nut.

Lifting pins have the following properties:

• corrosion resistant;
• high-strength, hard-coated pin, therefore extremely durable;
• highest wear protection (stainless steel 1.4542);
• mounting options for mounting cables AP10, AP11, and AP12;
• temperature range: -30°C to +80°C;
• available in stainless steel types 1.4305 and 1.4542.
