A robust lifting element for quick and easy use, featuring a movable shackle and a locking pin. To lift loads, the threaded lifting eye is inserted into a threaded hole.
A green indicator ring provides a clear visual check for correct installation. The operating surface with a recessed grip allows for safe and ergonomic pressing of the button while maintaining full visibility of the indicator ring.
The nominal dimensions comply with the relevant dimensions for centre holes according to DIN332, allowing straightforward use in corresponding applications.
Thanks to identical nominal dimensions, the threaded lifting pin self-lock. rotatable DIN 332 (AP34) can, if necessary, be replaced by this variant.
designed for use in center holes according to DIN 332;
rapid deployment thanks to tool-free, screw-free installation;
visual installation check via a clearly visible green indicator ring;
ergonomic operation thanks to the recessed grip, allowing for comfortable and safe handling of the push-button;
safety bail to prevent accidental release;
the stainless steel version is weather-resistant;
installation: press and hold the button, insert the threaded element into the thread, and release the button (the button must return to its original position). A clearly visible green mark on the button indicates the correct position. Tighten the lifting eye by hand until it rests fully against the surface of the component (mandatory). Ensure that the thread segments engage with the mounting thread;
removal: unscrew the lifting eye by approximately a quarter-turn counter-clockwise. Press and hold the button. Remove the lifting eye, release the button;
each threaded lifting pin includes an instruction manual with an EC Declaration of Conformity;
F(kN), F1(kN), and F2(kN) are based on a 5:1 safety factor against breakage;
F(kN), F1(kN), and F2(kN) in the table represent the load capacity (kN);
x in the table represents the internal thread (mm);
