As the gas spring specialist, BIBUS is able to supply gas springs from stock. The standard gas springs from the extensive Quick Ship program of Bansbach Easylift can therefore be on site even faster. As a result, the delivery time for ordering gas springs has been drastically shortened. BIBUS is able to ship gas springs to anywhere in the Netherlands within two working days.
The quick ship gas spring program from BIBUS consists of standard steel and stainless steel gas springs, which you can easily order online via the webshop. On this page you will find more information about these gas springs with very short delivery times.
When delivery time is decisive
BIBUS assists producers for whom time is a decisive factor, such as in a prototype phase. The gas springs are delivered within three working days. If needed, the exact, customer-specific gas spring can be determined at a later stage in the design phase.
The Quick Ship gas springs that are supplied from stock are available in stainless steel and steel versions. The piston rod of the steel gas springs is provided with a CeramPro® coating and the cylinder jacket is made of powder-coated steel. In the stainless steel version, the piston rod and cylinder jacket are made of stainless steel 316L.
The gas springs are available in various sizes. The piston rod diameters of the two series can, for instance, vary from 6 to 14 mm and the cylinder jackets from 15 to 28 mm (read: 6/15, 8/19, 10/22, 14/28). Depending on the selected model, the stroke can vary from 20 to 750 mm and the force can vary from 10 to 2,600 N. If desired, the above-mentioned gas springs can be fully customized. In that case, the stroke and end damping, among other things, can be fully customized. Bansbach gas springs
BIBUS is a distributor of the German Bansbach gas springs and actuators. The gas springs are ISO 9001: 2008 certified and can be used in various industrial applications. In addition to industrial applications, the gas springs are often used in the medical sector, in shipbuilding, in machine and equipment construction, in bodywork construction, but also in home applications, such as for a floor hatch.
The friction with the Bansbach gas springs is minimal thanks to the use of plastic plain bearings and because the steel piston rod is coated. All models have an integrated valve for draining or refilling the gas spring with nitrogen as standard. Optionally, this can be carried out in the workshop at BIBUS or optionally a refill or drain set can be supplied, so that this operation can be carried out entirely in-house.
The entire package of Quick Ship gas springs can be used at temperatures from -30 ° to a maximum of + 80 ° C. In addition to the Quick Ship gas springs, various end connections and mounting brackets can also be ordered online in the BIBUS webshop. Consider, for example, hinge eyes, hinge heads or elbow joints.
In addition to quality, ease of use is central to the manufacture of the gas springs. For example, the Quick Ship gas springs are easy to operate, offer infinite positioning options and require no maintenance.
