ISO 15552 Pneumatische Cilinder quick shipThe CKD pneumatic cylinder to ISO 15552 standard is available as a Quick Ship variant. The recently developed SCW2P series features improved security and ease of use compared to previous versions.

The cylinder's lightweight aluminium profile features an integrated T-slot according to ISO 15552 standard. The piston rod is made of rolled stainless steel. The ISO 15552 pneumatic cylinders have a temperature range of 0 - 80 ºC and a maximum working pressure of 10 bar.

The Quick Ship ISO 15552 cylinders can be configured as required. The pneumatic damping is adjustable. Piston diameter is available in 32, 40, 50, 63, 80 and 100 mm. The stroke is configurable as required, up to 2000 mm.

ISO 15552

ISO 15552 is also known as the international standard ISO 15552. This standard is a specification that defines the design and performance requirements for pneumatic cylinders. Among other things, the ISO 15552 standard focuses on piston rod diameter, stroke lengths and mounting systems of pneumatic cylinders.

The purpose of the ISO 15552 standard is to standardise pneumatic cylinders. This makes it easy to replace an existing cylinder, for example. Even if the replacement is manufactured by a different supplier than the original pneumatic cylinder.

In addition, ISO 15552 contributes to the safety, efficiency and reliability of pneumatic systems. Thus, an ISO 15552 always meets quality and performance requirements. ISO 15552 cylinders are therefore often used in sectors where pneumatic automation is of great importance. Think, for example, of the automotive industry or the packaging industry.

SCW series pneumatic cylinders

CKD's ISO 15552 cylinders are part of the updated SCW2P series. The pneumatic cylinders in this series are 20% lighter than the previous generation of ISO 15552 cylinders.
