BIBUS has a wide range of blind rivet nuts available through the webshop. These products are available through the webshop. On this page you will find more information about our range of blind rivet nuts.
The main advantage of blind riveting is that only one side of the plate, tube, tube or other object needs to be accessible. Blind rivet nuts can therefore be used for a large number of applications. BIBUS supplies a wide range of blind rivet nuts. These components not only create a mechanical connection, but also enable the possibility for a screw connection. As with blind rivets, the blind rivet nut is also placed in a pre-drilled hole.
BIBUS has the right blind rivet nut for every application. The nuts are supplied in aluminium, steel and stainless steel A2 and A4. It is recommended to choose a blind rivet nut in the same material as the object in which the nut will be fastened.
The grip range of the range of blind rivet nuts is from 0.5 to 7.0 mm, the metric thread sizes range from M3 to M12. In addition to the standard versions, BIBUS is also able to supply customer-specific blind rivet nuts. BIBUS
Standard blind rivet nut
The base of the range is formed by the standard blind rivet nut. This blind nut has a cylindrical shaft and traditional flat head. The grooves on the shaft and under the head of the rivet nut prevent the nut from turning. The standard blind rivet nut is also available with countersunk head and reduced countersunk head. Furthermore, the standard closed river nut enables a gas- and watertight connection.
Blind rivet nut (semi) hexagon
If it is important that the blind rivet nut does not turn, you can opt for the hexagonal and semi-hexagonal nut. The hexagonal shaft guarantees optimum security against rotating movements. The length of the screw thread varies and can be customer-specific if necessary. The blind rivet nut semi hexagon closed can be chosen when a gas-tight / watertight connection is required.
Blind rivet nut spread
Another variation of the blind rivet nut that can be ordered via the webshop is the blind rivet nut spread. This nut has four vertical grooves on the shaft. When tightening the nut, these grooves split open, creating a larger bearing surface at the rear of the material to be joined. This results in a strong connection and a higher possible pulling force than the standard blind rivet nut offers. This makes the blind rivet nut spread ideal for metal sheets, plastic and brittle materials (both hard and soft).
Blind rivet nut threaded end
The blind rivet nut with threaded end has an external external thread. This threaded end is used to place a nut, allowing the blind rivet nut threaded end to provide additional assembly options. The blind rivet nut threaded end is available with a grip range from 0.5 mm to 5.00 mm and in the metric thread sizes M4 to M8.
Blind rivet nut rubber
The blind rivet nut rubber has a unique property, namely the reusability of the nut. Since the nut is made of rubber, it can mold back to its original shape. This happens when the tension is released from the nut. The rubber nut works in the same way as the metal blind rivet nut and can therefore be placed in thin sheet metal or a blind hole.
