Mparts introduces Bansbach Easylift CS gas springs with integrated click system. Thanks to this integrated mechanical click system, it is possible to secure the gas spring in the retracted position in the lower stand of the piston rod. The lock of the piston rod can subsequently be released with a light touch (think of a ballpoint).
This new type of gas spring is particularly interesting for TV furniture that needs to be sunk into the interior, shipbuilding interiors, and access hatches that need to be clicked away vertically. This compactly designed CS gas spring has no external operating components and is available in four different types and sizes, including various end connections.
For example, its speed can vary from 0 to 8. 0 is fast without cushioning and 8 is slow with heavy cushioning. Special versions are also available on request. Depending on the final application, it is possible to opt for a stroke length of 10 to 300 mm and a force of 10 to 400 N. The cylinder diameter can range from 15 to 28 mm and for the piston rod a diameter of 6 or 8 mm can be chosen.
