balls: ball bearing steel, hardened, 100Cr 6 (1.2067); DIN 5401 and ISO 3290 Grade 5 type P0 respectively.
Characteristics:
Brass ball cage:
because the balls are arranged in a spiral form, the cages are extremely suitable for linear and rotating movements;
universal use;
combines smooth running with a long service life;
the ball chambers are closed so that the balls can not come loose, but are held in a flexible manner;
the balls are optimally positioned, so that each ball runs in its own path with linear and rotating movements;
positioning of the ball guarantees a smooth running and considerably extends the service life of the ball guide;
brass offers high mechanical strength, the best sliding properties, high wear resistance and temperature resistance;
process temperature of the brass cage up to a maximum of 150°C;
F (N) in the table indicates the bearing capacity with an even radial load; a load-bearing capacity calculation must be made in the event of momentary action;
x in the table represents the number of balls;
