Threaded lifting pin self-lock. rotatable
Material:
- pin part: heat-treated manganese phosphated tempered steel; precipitation-hardened stainless steel 630 (1.4542);
- press button: aluminum (Alu), orange, anodised;
- threaded element: SST 630 (1.4542); precipitation-hardened;
- shackle: heat-treated manganese phosphated tempered steel; stainless steel 316Ti (1.4571);
- spring: SST.
Characteristics:
- heavy-duty lifting element for quick and easy use, with moveable shackle and locking stud to provide protection against unintentional unlocking;
- for lifting loads, the threaded lifting pin is inserted into a threaded hole;
- in contrast to a ringbolt, time-consuming screwing in and out is therefore unnecessary;
- the rotatable shackle will always align with the tensile direction without the pin rotating;
- all versions are corrosion-protected;
- the version made from stainless steel is also resistant to corrosion and weathering, so it is also suitable for external use;
- the threaded element are unlocked by pressing the button;
- for insertion into threads;
- each lifting pin contains an instruction manual with an EC Declaration of Conformity;
- F(kN), F1(kN) en F2(kN) for a 5-fold safety against breakage;
- F(kN), F1(kN) en F2(kN) in the table represent the carrying force;
- x in the table represents the female thread (mm);
- M in the table represents the tightening torque (Nm);
- temperature range up to 250°C;
- for version M24 please note: from 150°C lineair decrease of the load capacity bij 23%.
