Bypass Pin Kit Boeing

The Bypass Pin Kit consists of a ball lock pin with a red T-handle (similar to MS17985), a cable and a warning flag “REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT”.

Material:

• body:Stainless steel, precipitation-hardened, passivated;
• handle:Aluminium, plastic coated, red (RAL 3001);
• flag:Polyester with PVC coating, carmine red RAL 3002.

Characteristics:

• ball lock pins single acting are self-locking and require a push of the button to release the balls;
• this product is manufactured in INCH dimensions;
• type 1 corresponds in form, fit and function to the Boeing part number F72735-13 and can be used for the types Boeing B737 100-500;
• type 2 corresponds in form, fit and function to the Boeing part number 2MIT65B04011-41 and can be used for the types Boeing B747-4, B747-8;
• type 3 corresponds in form, fit and function to the Boeing part number A09003-2 and can be used for the types Boeing B737 600-900, B757, B767, B777 and B787;
• for all types, the back of the flag is printed with the type number to identify the kit.
