Assembly tool for the safe and easy assembly of Expander® Sealing Plugs with pull-anchor / elongated pull-anchor.

• assembly tool: steel; plastic.

Characteristics:

• working pressure: min. 5 bar / max. 7 bar;
• air volume required at 5.6 bar = 3,5 l/min;
• working noise below 75 db(A);
• cycles 2 sec;
• type 1: assembly tool, pneumatically operated (ExTool 040-1), for sizes D = 7 to 10;
• type 2: nozzle;
• type 3: ram;
• type 4: clamping jaws;
• type 5: clamping jaw's housing;
• D2 in the table shows the nominal size (mm);
• s in the table shows the stroke;
• * in the dimensional drawing stands for the nozzle;
• *1 in the dimension drawing stands for the pen tray, removable;
• the nozzle consists of various parts, see application example:
