Ball lock pins with adjustable clamping span

Used for mounting or clamping work pieces, remove remaining play or slack via variable locknuts.

Material:

• pin part: stainless steel 303 (1.4305); precipitation-hardened stainless steel 630 (1.4542);
• adjusting nut: Thermoplastic (PA 6), silver;
• lock nut: Thermoplastic (PA 6), black;
• spring: stainless steel.

Characteristics:

• all versions are corrosion resistant;
• when using stainless steel 1.4542: high-strength, hardened, abrasion resistant pin with high load capacity;
• mounting option for fixing cable (AP12);
• for use bores H11 are adequate;
• bore H11 is equal to dimension D1 in the table;
• as an accessory locating bushes (AP11) are available;
• F(kN) in the table stands for the minimal shearing resistance, double*;
• *shearing resistance similar to DIN 50141;
• temperature range from -30°C up to 80°C;
• version stainless steel 1.4542 is marked.
