Buffer with waist model 1

Suitable for elastic bearing of engines, compressors, pumps etc. Due to the tailored shape of these buffers, the lateral forces are better damped than with cylindrical rubber-metal buffers.

Material:

• support washer:steel, zinc-plated by galvanization, passivated;
• thread:steel, zinc-plated by galvanization, passivated;
• threaded bushing:steel, zinc-plated by galvanization, passivated;
• body:NR, black.

Characteristics:

• the hardness is 55 ±5° shore A;
• F1(N) in the table shows the spring rate (N/mm);
• F2(N) in the table shows the maximum load capacity (N);
• x in the table shows the spring range (mm);
• under compressive load, dimension d1 does not exceed diameter D;
• type 1: with bushing on both sides;
• type 2: with bushing and threaded stud;
• type 3: with double threaded stud;
• temperature range from a minimum of -30°C to a maximum of 80°C.
