Bushing for centering pin

Material:

• case-hardened steel, case-hardened, blackened;
• stainless steel 1.4112, hardened.

Characteristics:

• assembly: two centering bushes and two floating bushes are to be mounted into the plate to be clamped in order to guarantee an optimal repeatability;
• the floating bush has a groove that serves as a differentiation mark;
• type 1: centrical;
• type 2: floating with groove;
• d has at type 1 a tolerance of F6; for type 2 this is + 0.2;
• d1 in the table represents the bore (H7 tolerance);
• L1 in the table represents the bore (± 0.05).
