Straight Pin with ball end

Ball ended locating pins facilitate easy inserting and removing avoiding clamping inclination.

Material:

• tool steel, hardened, blackened and ground;
• stainless steel 1.4305, ground, surface heat-treated.

Characteristics:

• type 1: with ball end plain;
• type 2: with ball end flattened;
• type 3: with ball end plain, not stepped;
• type 4: with ball end flattened, not stepped;
• d1 in the table represents the bore (H7 tolerance) (see application example);
