Eccentric quick clamps with female thread

For quick and easy clamping and releasing of work pieces.

Material:

• lever: Zinc die-cast, plastic coated; black;
• support washer: thermoplastic (PA), glass-fiber reinforced;
• threaded part: steel, galvanised; stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• inner parts: steel, galvanised; stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• adjusting nut: steel, galvanised; stainless steel 303 (1.4305).

Characteristics:

• L3 in the table is the stroke at 90° lever position;
• L4 in the table is the regulatingrange;
• l1 in the table is the minimum clamping in position;
• temperature range to a maximum of 80°C;
• type 1: with threaded bush, not adjustable; type 2: with threaded bush, adjustable, lever position can be moved.
