Eccentric quick clamps with threaded stud

For quick and easy clamping and releasing of work pieces.

Material:

• lever: Zinc die-cast, plastic coated, black;
• support washer: thermoplastic (PA), glass-fiber reinforced;
• threaded part: steel, galvanised; stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• inner parts: steel, galvanised; stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• adjusting nut: steel, galvanised; stainless steel 303 (1.4305).

Characteristics:

• L1 in the table is the maximum clamping
• L4 in the table is the regulatingrange;
• L5 in the table is the stroke at 90° lever position;
• temperature range to a maximum of 80°C;
• type 1: with threaded stud, not adjustable; type 2: with threaded stud, adjustable, lever position can be moved.
