Guide bush closed with stop

Material:

• stop: steel;
• bush: ball bearing steel 100Cr 6 (1.2067 respectively 1.3505);
• careful heat treatment, hardness HRC 60-64 / HV 720-815.

Characteristics:

• version similar to DE14 but with fixed stops on both sides;
• in combination with shaft diameter D ISO-h3, a pre-stressing of the ball guide is guaranteed;
• the stop is an effective cage limit for linear and rotating movements;
• the smooth running of the ball guide are not affected by the stops;
• fixed stops on both sides;
• the closed guide bush together with the in factory-fitted ball cage form one component;
• conductor diameter D1 finely honed for ISO tolerance IT 3, Rz 0.5 - 1.5 μm depending on the diameter;
• roundness within 1/3 ISO-IT 3;
• cylindricity within IT 1;
• rotation accuracy of a pre-stressed shaft within 0.0005 mm;
• outside diameter D2 n4 with a turning accuracy within IT 4 with respect to guide diameter D1 ground, one-sided with search edge;
• the maximum stroke length H is determined by the length of the guide bush (l) and the ball cage (L): H (max) = 2 (l - L);
• L1 - L6 in the table represents the cage length (L) / stroke length; list box;
• Type 1: D = 4 - 12; type 2: D = 16 - 40;
