Index bolt

For indexing purposes.

Material:

• body: blackened free cutting steel; stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• locking pin: hardened steel; nickel-plated stainless steel 1.4305;
• plastic cap: thermoplastic, black, dull;
• catch: blackened free cutting steel; dry powdered metal 316 (1.4404).

Characteristics:

• type 1: without plastic cover for grip; type 2: with plastic cover for grip and better handling;
• temperature range for type 1: up to 250°C; for type 2: from -30°C up to 80°C;
• F and F1 in the table stands for the spring load (N ± statistical average value);
• by turning the index bolt 180° the locking pin will be pulled-in and secured by a notched catch (when locking pin must not project);
• lock nuts (CH22) can be ordered separately.
