Index bolt without thread weldable

For indexing purposes.

Material:

• body: steel, polished; stainless steel (1.4408);
• locking pin: steel, galvanized, passivated; stainless steel (1.4401);
• catch: steel, galvanized, passivated; stainless steel (1.4408).

Characteristics:

• type 1 is rivited;
• type 2 is screwed;
• type 2 is delivered disassembled;
• temperature range is up to 250°C;
• F and F1 in the table stands for the spring load (N ± statistical average value);
• by turning the bolt 180°, the locking pin is retracted and held by the locking groove.

Assembly:

• weld the sleeve (3), place the spring (2) on the locking pin (1) and insert it into the sleeve. Secure the latch (4) with the screw (5);
• for welded connections we recommend the screwed version (type 2), the final assembly can then be done once the sleeve has been welded.
