Index bolts with mounting flange

For indexing purposes. Index bolt for lateral fastening.

Material:

• body: blackened steel;
• locking pin: nitrided steel, black;
• plastic cap: thermoplastic, black, dull.

Characteristics:

• countersinks on both sides for cylinder head stud ISO 4762-M5;
• right and left mounting is possible due to countersinks on both sides;
• type 1: without plastic cover for grip; type 2: with plastic cover for grip;
• by turning the index bolt 180° the locking pin will be pulled-in and secured by a notched catch (when locking pin must not project);
• plastic cover for grip allows better handling (type 2);
• F and F1 in the table stands for the spring load (N ± statistical average value);
• temperature range for type 1: up to 250°C; for type 2: from -30°C up to 80°C.
