Index plunger compact and locking

Material:

• body: galvanized steel; stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• locking pin: stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• knob: thermoplastic (PA 6), black, dull; stainless steel 304 (1.4308).

Characteristics:

• assembly: screw in the mini index. By lifting the knob, the hexagon will be released for assembly.
• the knob is pulled-out, turned 30° and secured by a notched catch (when locking pin must not project);
• knob not dismountable;
• the screw length can be adapted by distance collars for index plungers (AG55);
• particularly suitable for screwing into thin walled pieces.
• performance in the smallest space requirements.
• temperature range thermoplastic index plunger from -30°C up to 80°C; temperature range stainless steel index plunger up to 250°C;
