Index plunger hex collar and locking model 1

Material:

• body: blackened oxide treated steel; stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• plunger pin: hardened hight resistance steel; stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• knob: reinforced polyamide;
• hexagon ring nut: blackened oxide treated steel with hardened hight resistance; stainless steel 304 (1.4308);
• spring: zinc plated steel; stainless steel spring.

Characteristics:

• the manufacturer recommends making the lodging hole for the plunger pin with a tolerance of H7;
• when using locking index plungers, the knob is pulled-out, turned 90° and secured by a notched catch;
• lock nuts (CH22) can be ordered separately.

On request and for special quantities the knob is available in a choice of colours as indicated in the table.
