Index plunger hexagon collar and locking

For indexing purposes.

Material:

• body: blackened free cutting steel; stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• locking pin: hardened steel; nickel-plated stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• knob: black dull thermoplastic (PA 6); stainless steel 303 (1.4305), not demountable.

Characteristics:

• temperature range from -30°C up to 80°C; temperature range for AG32 serie up to 250°C;
• the knob is pulled-out, turned 90° and secured by a notched catch (when locking pin must not project);
• F and F1 in the table stands for the spring load (N ± statistical average value);
• the screw length can be adapted by distance collars for index plungers (AG55);
• lock nuts (CH22) can be ordered separately.
