For indexing purposes. For fixing onto thin walled parts. The small dimensions are a feature of these index plungers.
Material:
- flange: galvanized zinc die-cast;
- locking pin: hardened steel; nickel-plated stainless steel 303 (1.4305); stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
- knob: thermoplastic (PA 6), black, dull.
Characteristics:
- type 1 has a flat head;
- type 2 has a rounded head;
- knob not removeable;
- when using locking index plungers, the knob is pulled-out, turned 90° and secured by a notched catch;
- F and F1 in the table stands for the spring load (N ± statistical average value);
- temperature range from -30°C up to 80°C.
