Index plunger short with knob model 1

For indexing purposes. The small dimensions are a feature of these index plungers.

Material:

• body: blackened free cutting steel; stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• locking pin: hardened steel; nickel-plated stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• knob: thermoplastic (PA 6), black, dull.

Characteristics:

• when using locking index plungers, the knob is pulled-out, turned 90° and secured by a notched catch (when locking pin must not project);
• knob not dismountable;
• temperature range from -30°C up to 80°C;
• lock nuts (CH22) can be ordered separately;
• F and F1 in the table stands for the spring load (N ± statistical average value);
• the screw length can be adapted by distance collars for index plungers (AG55).
