Index plunger simple finish with locking

Application is limited to cases not requiring a precise positioning. Simple finish with very small dimensions.

Material:

• body: galvanized steel; stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• knob: thermoplastic (PA 6), black, dull;
• locking pin: stainless steel 303 (1.4305), h9 tolerance.

Characteristics:

• knob not removeable;
• lock nuts (CH22) can be ordered separately;
• F and F1 in the table stands for the spring load (N ± statistical average value);
• temperature range from -30°C up to 80°C;
• when using locking index plungers, the knob is pulled-out, turned 90° and secured by a notched catch;
• M in the table stands for the maximum tightening torque (in Nm).
