Index plunger thin-walled pieces and locking

Index plungers with throughgoing bore for thin-walled pieces. By means of a fastening collet, the index plungers can be mounted into pieces having a wall thickness of 1-5 mm. Marked in the drawing by L4.

Material:

• body: steel, galvanized;
• locking pin: stainless steel 1.4305, nickel-plated;
• knob: thermoplastic PA 6, black, dull.

Characteristics:

• knob not dismountable;
• assembly tool (AG66) can be ordered separately;
• when using the self-locking type, the knob is pulled-out, turned 90° and secured by a notched catch;
• depending on the clamping length, the bolt may project;
• F and F1 in the table stands fort he spring load (N ± statistical average value);
• temperature range from -30°C up to 80°C.
