Index Plunger with hexagon collar

For indexing purposes.

Material:

• body: blackened free cutting steel; stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• locking pin: hardened steel; nickel-plated stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• knob: dull black thermoplastic (PA 6); stainless steel 303 (1.4305).

Characteristics:

• knob not removable;
• temperature range for type 1: from -30°C up to 80°C; for type 2: up to 250°C; for AG31 serie up to 250°C;
• type 1: with knob; type 2: without knob;
• F and F1 in the table stands for the spring load (N ± statistical average value);
• the screw length can be adapted by distance collars for index plungers (AG55);
• lock nuts (CH22) can be ordered separately.
