Index plunger with mounting flange

For indexing purposes. For fixing onto thin walled parts. The small dimensions are a feature of these index plungers.

Material:

• flange: galvanized zinc die-cast;
• locking pin: hardened steel; nickel-plated stainless steel 303 (1.4305); stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• knob: thermoplastic (PA 6), black, dull.

Characteristics:

• type 1 has a flat head;
• type 2 has a rounded head;
• knob not dismountable;
• F and F1 in the table stands for the spring load (N ± statistical average value);
• temperature range from -30°C up to 80°C.
