Index Plungers for thin-walled pieces

Index plungers with throughgoing bore for thin-walled pieces. By means of a fastening collet, the index plungers can be mounted into pieces having a wall thickness of 1-5 mm.

Material:

• body: galvanized steel;
• locking pin: nickel-plated stainless steel 303 (1.4305);
• knob: thermoplastic (PA 6), black, dull.

Characteristics:

• knob not removeable;
• temperature range from -30°C up to 80°C.
• F and F1 in the table stands for the spring load (N ± statistical average value);
• assembly tool (AG66) can be ordered separately.
