Index Plungers with release lock

Material:

• body: steel, blackened; SST 303 (1.4305);
• press button: thermoplastic POM, red;
• locking pin: steel, hardened; SST 303 (1.4305), nickel-plated;
• knob: thermoplastic PA-6, black-grey, matt.

Characteristics:

• index plungers are used for indexing bores;
• the screw length can be adapted by distance collars for index plungers;
• actuate the red press button, and hold it in the pressed position; only then can the locking pin be drawn in by pulling the knob;
• knob not removable;
• lock nuts have to be purchased separately;
• F1N and F2N in the table are the spring load (N ± statistical average values);
• * in the drawing represent lock nuts CH22 (steel and SST);
• temperature range from -30°C up to 80°C.
