Material:

• body: steel, zinc-coated;
• threaded washer: steel, blackened;
• seal: neoprene (CR);
• spring: stainless steel; steel, blackened; steel, galvanized.

Characteristics:

• spring: stainless steel, light spring load; steel, standard spring load; steel+, heavy spring load;
• suitable mounting tools (BA43) are available;
• to be used for positioning and applying pressure;
• individual set screws can be screwed in the plate with threaded hole;
• F (N) and F1 (N) in the table is the (maximum) average statistical value of the spring force;
• temperature range to a maximum of 110°C.

• L3 = L5/2 + L6 + L8;
• L3 = center distance;
• L4 = work piece height;
• L6 = work piece length;
• L8 = stroke;
• L5 = stop diameter;

Calculation dimension L8 for workpieces: L8 = d/2 - L1.
