Material:

• body: free cutting steel, blackened;
• ball: stainless steel, hardened; thermoplastic POM, white; ball-bearing steel, hardened;
• spring: stainless steel; plastic (PU).

Characteristics:

• assembly: insertion bore L2 to be considered;
• to be used for positioning and applying pressure, e.g. during painting and sandblasting;
• bore (H8) is equal to D in the table;
• F (N) and F1 (N) in the table is the average statistical value of the spring force;
• temperature range type 1 from a minimum of -30°C to a maximum of 50°C; temperature range type 2 and 3 from a minimum of -40°C to a maximum of 80°C;
• type 1: standard spring load, one-sided; type 2: heavy spring load (PU), one-sided; type 3: heavy spring load PU), on both sides
