Open guide bushes for small balls

Material:

• ball bearing steel 100Cr 6 (1.2067 respectively 1.3505);
• careful heat treatment, hardness HRC 60-64 / HV 720-815.

Characteristics:

• open guide bush with tapered inside edges on both sides, for use with ball cage DD14 (ball cage with small ball);
• reduced installation space in combination with guide bushes from DE14 and DE16;
• in combination with shaft diameter D ISO-h3, a pre-stressing of the ball guide is guaranteed;
• the ball cage can protrude from both sides of the guide bush, making larger linear movements possible (note minimum contact length, see appendix);
• conductor diameter D1 finely honed for ISO tolerance IT 3, Rz 0.5 - 1.5 μm, depending on the diameter;
• roundness within 1/3 ISO-IT 3;
• cylindricity within IT 1;
• rotation accuracy of a pre-stressed shaft within 0.0005 mm;
• bevelled inner sides on both sides for smooth running;
• outside diameter D2 n4 with a turning accuracy within IT 4 with respect to guide diameter D1 ground, one-sided with search edge;
