Pin with plastic contact surface

Pins with plastic contact surface can be used as protective supports, stops, and thrust pads. This protects high-quality surfaces from damage.

Material:

• insert: plastic (PEEK), blue;
• threaded bushing: SST;
• threaded pin: SST;
• body: plastic (PEEK), blue; SST (1.4305).

Characteristics:

• M(Nm) in de table stands for the maximum tightening torque;
• temperature range for the PEEK from a minimum -60°C to a maximum of 250°C ;
• for type 4 is the tightening torque of bolts with female thread quality 8, the bolt has to be tightened over the total thread lenght.
