Positioning sensor

Material:

• seating pin: tool steel, hardened, ground;
• seal: PVC;
• supporting bar: steel, blackened;
• plug-in nipple: brass;
• ball: ball bearing steel, hardened;
• sleeve: tempered steel, refined, phosphated.

Characteristics:

• type 1: the precision of the operation is in the range of 0.015-0.075 mm depending on the workpiece surface;
• types 2 and 3: the precision of the operation at an operating pressure of 2.5 bar is constant at 0.005 mm;
• type 1: pneumatic positioning sensor with mounting frame;
• type 2: positioning sensor pendulum, ribbed, pneumatic, 20 x M12 with plug-in nipple;
• type 3: positioning sensor, pendulum, ribbed, pneumatic with mounting frame;
• the installation control is realized by back pressure and is read on the monitoring system (HY02.0000.0040);
• F1 (kN) in the table represents the maximum load capacity under static load.
