Positioning Sensor pneumatic

Used in jigs and fixtures as positioning control for pre-machined work pieces.

Material:

• seating pin: tool steel, hardened, ground;
• seal: PVC;
• screw: steel, galvanized, quality 4.8 (ISO 1207);
• plug-in nipple: brass.

Characteristics:

• *1: plug-in nipple for PU-3 (Ø3), connection operational (bottom/lateral);
• sensitivity accuracy 0,015 - 0,075 mm depending on the work piece surface;
• contact control by the compressed-air backwash, indicated on the monitoring unit (HY02.0000.0040);
• type 1: connection below/side;
• type 2: connection below.
