Secoh JDK 20>50 Air pumps
Our JDK Series air pumps are designed to deliver consistent airflow, quiet operation, and energy efficiency, making then an excellent choice for a wide range of applications. With a compact and lightweight design, they are easy to install and maintain while providing dependable permormance.
| Model | Airflow (L/min) | Power Consumption (W) | Sound lever (dB) | Pressure (kPa) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| JDK-20 | 20 | 15 | 33 | 11.8 |
| JDK-30 | 30 | 25 | 34 | 11.8 |
| JDK-40 | 40 | 38 | 36 | 11.8 |
| JDK-50 | 50 | 43 | 39 | 12.7 |
Key Features
- Long Life Expectancy – The integrated motor and pump design ensures a long and reliable operational period.
- High Efficiency – Utilizing electromagnetic oscillation with minimal mechanical friction, these pumps offer high efficiency and reduced power consumption.
- Low Noise and Vibration – A soundproof casing and integrated muffler minimize operating noise, while vibration-isolating rubber components reduce vibration levels.
- Oil-Free Operation – Ensures a dry and unadulterated airflow, making it suitable for sensitive environments.
- Pulsation-Free Airflow – Specially designed pump chambers and an integrated muffler provide a nearly pulsation-free airflow.
- Weatherproof – The JDK series is rainproof and weatherproof; however, they should not be exposed to direct sunlight, rain, or snow.
Installation Tips
- Ensure the air pump receives a clean, fresh air supply.
- Check the back pressure on the pump, especially if a previous pump has failed; pressure gauges are available for this purpose.
- Protect the pump from potential flooding; while rainproof, it is not waterproof.
- Maintain tubing pipe diameter close to the pump outlet to reduce artificial pressure and extend diaphragm life.
- For aquatic applications with small-bore manifolds, keep at least one tap fully open to alleviate pressure from air stones.
- Clean the filter regularly—at least annually, or more frequently if dirt ingress is suspected.
