Mini gas springs

Even for the smallest of applications, we offer a nice range of mini gas springs that suit almost any application. The small sizes 3/8 mm, 3/10 mm, and 4/12 mm are especially suited for applications with limited space. For instance, the space required for the piston rod is only 3 or 4 mm, and the cylinder diameter is available in 8, 10, or 12 mm.

Thanks to the CeramPro® piston rod, these small gas springs are extremely corrosion-resistant, have low friction values, and have optimum operating characteristics.

Mini gas spring 3/8

• piston rod: diameter of 3 mm;
• cylinder: diameter of 8 mm;
• stroke: 10-120 mm;
• extended length EL1: stroke x 2 + 26;
• extension force: 7-110N.

Mini gas spring 3/10

• piston rod: diameter of 3 mm;
• cylinder: diameter of 10 mm;
• stroke: 10-120 mm;
• extended length EL1: stroke x 2 + 26;
• extension force: 7-110N.

Mini gas spring 4/12

• piston rod: diameter of 4 mm;
• cylinder: diameter of 12 mm;
• stroke: 10-150 mm;
• extended length EL1: stroke x 2 + 30;
• extension force: 7-200N.
