Locking assemblies for bending loads RfN

Uncompromising performance under extreme loads with specially developed locking assemblies for bending loads: One of the most demanding applications for our locking devices is in belt drums, commonly used in large-scale conveyor systems for materials such as iron or copper ore, coal, and other mineral resources. The shaft-hub connections between the drum shaft and drum base face significant additional stresses from axial and transverse forces, and especially from bending loads, which must be transmitted consistently and reliably along with the required torque. Our locking assemblies for bending loads have been optimized in terms of material strength, surface quality, and internal tension to effectively prevent issues such as shaft breakage, axial migration, or plastic deformation of the drum base, thus avoiding costly repairs and production downtimes. These backlash-free, friction-fit locking devices ensure the highest level of operational reliability in belt drum applications, and they stand out for their ease of use as well as being completely wear- and maintenance-free.
