With the capacitive two-hand control system, the highest safety category is ensured according to Cat. 4 and PL e (DIN EN ISO 13849-1). The capacitive "safeCAP" two-hand control enables safe and pressure-free operation of heavy machinery and systems in automated production plants, such as presses and punches.

To start the machine, the user must simultaneously press two capacitive buttons connected to a safety relay. The system detects incorrect or inattentive control attempts, such as using just one hand or another part of the body, and prevents the machine from starting.

We provide the safeCAP two-hand control with additional safety elements, such as the Protector or a control desk for tabletop installation. These combinations enhance safety and are certified to DIN EN 13851. The dynamically switching SENSORswitches can detect interference factors like dirt, dust, or foreign objects but can still be actuated while wearing disposable or work gloves.

The fully electronic design of the SENSORswitches is specifically engineered for fatigue-free, continuous use and offers extreme durability, reliability, and robustness. Users receive optical feedback through LEDs.
