860 Series

With the 860 valve series, MATRIX offers an unprecedented simple, compact and precise digital flow control valve.

In a compact valve body measuring only 55 x 55 x 52 mm, 9 valves with 2/2 NC (normally closed) function are combined on one pneumatic inlet/outlet. Each valve has a different nominal size and can be switched independently. This allows proportional and/or linear flow.

Two configurations are available for 6-bit (64 levels) or 8-bit (256 levels) control. This means that up to 256 different, clearly defined and reproducible flow rates can be set with PCM technology. Switching between levels takes place in less than a millisecond. This exceptional performance is achieved through MATRIX's unique and patented valve technology. The MATRIX PCM control card allows the valve to be controlled by a 0-10V input signal, which is then converted into binary codes.
