320 Series
The current trend in pneumatic valves is to drastically reduce size, weight and energy requirements while increasing performance and service life.
The unique mechanism of the MATRIX valve ensures maximum performance among micro pneumatic valves. The valve has a power consumption of only 0.05 A, demonstrating once again the efficiency of this valve technology.
The very small size of 8 x 23 x 28 mm combines a 2/2 and 3/2 function in NC or NO and can be used as a single valve or as a manifold mounted valve. This means that the 320 series valve can be used for multiple functions.
Despite the narrow construction width, a flow of 30 l/min is achieved. In addition, the low weight of 9 g is a great advantage in applications with a high acceleration and movement.
The low power consumption saves operating costs and allows for smaller controllers. Versatile functions allow optimized inventory, the low mass saves raw materials and heat dissipation reduces the need for design intervention. Another aspect is the extremely long service life, which minimizes Life Cycle Costs (LCC).
