Pneumatics fittings

Often insert couplings are used. Here the plastic hose can be pushed into the coupling and is fixed. Using the pressure ring, the hose can be removed from the push-in coupling again.

There is a wide variety of versions: straight push-in, knee couplings, connectors, bulkhead feed-through and T-connectors with threaded connections from M3 to G1/2" and for hose diameters from 3 to 16 mm. Depending on the application, a choice can be made from brass nickel-plated, plastic or stainless steel.

In addition to this push-in coupling, we also know the push-on coupling and clamp coupling.

Pneumatics hoses

You will also find in the BIBUS webshop several varieties of pneumatic hoses, such as PE, PA (polamide), PU (polyurethane) or PTFE.(teflon). PU pneumatic hoses are used in machines and systems because of its flexibility, PA hoses are slightly less flexible. PA hoses are therefore often used in outdoor environments.

PTFE with its properties is well suited for applications in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.
