Self-Aligning Pad collar flattened ball

To be used as stop, support and thrust pad and fitted to clamping elements.

Material:

• ball: ball-bearing steel, hardened, bright; stainless steel 420 (1.3541), nickel plated;
• body: heat-treated steel, tempered, phosphated.

Characteristics:

• ball protected against rotating.
• loading capacity valid for steel and stainless steel design;
• type 1: with female thread, flat-faced ball, plain surface;
• type 2: with female thread, flat-faced ball, ribbed surface;
• D2 in the table represents the ball;
• d1 in the table represents the bore diameter (H7 tolerance);
• d2 in the table represents the minimum depth of the bore;
• M (Nm) in the table stands represents the maximum tightening torque;
• F1 (kN) in the table represents the maximum load capacity under static load; only applies if the minimum drilling depth is used.
