Spring plunger mounting flange horizontally

The spring plungers are designed for easy and wide positioning of component workpieces on stops and supports.

Material:

• holder: zinc spraying, with plastic coating, black corresponding to RAL 9005, matt structure;
• pressure piece: Stainless steel 1.4542; thermoplastic POM, black;
• screw: Stainless steel A2; steel, galvanic zinc-nickel coated;
• spring: Stainless steel 1.4310.

Characteristics:

• the spring pressure element is equipped with a hanging pressure piece;
• the application can be rotated in 4x 90° grids;
• type 1 has a rounded pressure piece and standard spring force;
• type 2 has a rounded pressure piece and reinforced spring force;
• type 3 has a wedge-shaped pressure piece and standard spring force;
• type 4 has a wedge-shaped pressure piece and reinforced spring force;
• F and F1 in the table stands for the spring load (N ± statistical average value).
