Spring plunger with collar & flat-faced pin

Material:

• body: stainless steel 305 (1.4303);
• pin: stainless steel 303 (1.4305); thermoplastic (POM), white;
• spring: stainless steel.

Characteristics:

• assembly: a tolerance of H7 is recommended for the locating hole of D;
• to be used for pressing, damping, positioning, and ejecting components. The flat pin ensures improved, smooth force transfer to flat positioning surfaces by distributing the load over a larger surface area, instead of the point load characteristic of ball-shaped variants.;
• the bore (H7) is equal to D in the table;
• F (N) and F1 (N) in the table is the average statistical value of the spring force;
• temperature range for the stainless steel body to a maximum of 250°C; temperature range for the stainless steel/thermoplast body from a minimum -30°C to a maximum of 50°C.
