Threaded lifting pin self-locking

Material:

• pin part: heat-treated manganese phosphated steel; stainless steel;
• press button: aluminum (Alu), orange, anodised;
• threaded element: SST 630 (1.4542); precipitation-hardened;
• handle: thermoplastic (PA), black (RAL 9005);
• spring: SST.

Characteristics:

• threaded lock pins are used for quick attachment, locking, adjustment, changing and securing of products;
• pressing the button unlocks the thread and allows insertion and exit from a threaded hole;
• self-locking due to spring load;
• the stainless steel version is resistant to all weather conditions;
• all versions are corrosion-protected;
• F(kN) in the table stands for the minimal shearing resistance, double;
• M in the table represents the tightening torque (Nm);
• x in the table represents the female thread (mm);
• temperature range from -30°C up to 80°C.
